It’s Serendipity | Tiffany & Mike

Good evening everyone,

In this whole wedding business, I run into so many happy and interesting people. Of the many weddings I have photographed, there is the memorable handful of weddings or people at these weddings that completely changes your life. Of all the life changing events, this has to be the one that tops it all. To give a quick overview of Tiffany and Mike, these two were high school buddies and started their lives together after college with one amazing adventure after another. Fortunately enough, they included me into the mix shortly after their wedding was over and we have been chasing the horizon ever since from rock climbing, bungee jumping, camping, and a bunch of races! Without going off too far on this tangent, I present one of Tiffany and Mike’s sweetest adventures at Serendipity Gardens.

Without sugar-coating it, the day was EXTREMELY hot and most of us hung out next to the water stations that were placed throughout the wedding venue. On the bright side, everyone had their daily does of vitamin D and some! Despite the heatwave, it Tiffany and Mike’s cheerful and goofy personalities did not get detoured. Tiff, mike, and their wedding party quickly dressed up, took some sweet wedding portraits, and tucked themselves away before their guests arrived for the ceremony. To add the extra spice in their wedding ceremony, Tiff rode down in a horse and carriage! The ceremony was short, sweet, and plenty of happy little tears were shared. Needless to say, everyone ran for shade after the ceremony was over!

Throughout the reception, there were lots of speeches, lots of laughter, and LOTS of sweets from the dessert bar. I was guilty for eating way too many macaron that night and had a bit of a sugar rush. In between events during their reception, Jason and I snagged Tiff and Mike away to wrap up their wedding portrait session before the sun dipped its head under the mountain ridge. As dusk approached, the temperatures dropped to a comfortable level as everyone showed off their best moves on the dance floor. Tiff and Mike actually had a dance battle and I must say that Mike won this round – sorry Tiff. Without further delay, enjoy Tiffany and Mike’s sweet sweet wedding here at Serendipity Gardens below.
