Howdy,
This weekend I was in Las Vegas helping a couple of friends out for Fitness America‘s 2008 exhibition. There a myriad number of categories for contestants to compete in ranging from figure, bikini, model, fitness and etc. The entire convention was hosted at Golden Nugget.
Here are some behind the scene photographs. The following is Tony – a totally awesome choreographer for Bring It On 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and many other movies/celebrities – giving the girls a quick rundown for their routine. He had so much energy it made me want to dance as well!

In less than 1.5 hours, Tony got everyone to perform a full routine flawlessly. Totally impressive!
I think this was Model America where the female models wore costumes. Pretty neat huh?
I particularly like this image because it gives an ominous feeling. The approaching male contestant was emerging from the shadows and smoke…

The HULK! The following guy was also the category winner – quite a prestige! This whole event was hosted on International ESPN and sponsored by various fitness media companies.
While they discipline their bodies, we discipline our minds. The following is Phi working tirelessly behind the computer making sure records and scores were all accurate.
