Since my engagement session with Sandra & Holger , there have been quite a handful of couples who inquired for “themed” engagement photos. Out of all the themes, vintage fighter jets ranks as one of the most popular category; I do not blame them at all. For this engagement session, Troy flies a F-18 Super Hornet as a profession, so he was able to fit right in! Flying a fighter jet that can easily break the sound barrier and dodge bullets is a little too much for my stomach to handle. It is a crazy job, but I commend Troy for his patriotism.
Unfortunately, we did not have access to a F-18 Super Hornet for the photo shoot, but the Air Museum in Palm Springs was more than happy to welcome us to use their beautiful planes. The museum hosts a rare collection of planes dated back from WWl to now. Of all the planes, the blue Corsair and Stearman PT-17 were my favorite!

We were allowed to walk inside the B-17 Flying Fortress to see all the compartments where the fighters once sat and fought.
After we had our fill with fighter planes, we drove around Palms Springs to a very classy resort to conclude our engagement session.

P.S. – For the boys who wonder where Troy got his outfit – Sorry boys, you have to be a U.S. fighter pilot to get one of those snazzy suits.
