Wedding on my Birthday…I Took the Biggest Piece of Cake | Nancy & Michael

Hello everyone,

It was not too long ago that I photographed Nancy and Michael’s engagement photo session at Abalone Cove, Palos Verdes. Now they have finally tied the knot at Pacific Palms Resort in City of Industry! Despite the extreme heat that day, these two were as spunky as ever. Sit back, relax, and grab a cold one because this is going to be hot!

Nancy and Michael started their wedding with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony. This ceremony represents as a sign of respect to their elders and to gain advice from their elder’s experience as a married couple.

After the Chinese tea ceremony, Nancy and Michael prepared themselves for their main wedding event!

While the ladies were still at their preparations, Michael and the boys took a stroll to the driving range provided by Pacific Palms Resort for a few wedding photos.

First glance. ^_^

With the extra time before the wedding ceremony, the wedding party snapped a few wedding photos. Throughout the wedding portrait session, we had to take shelter under the shade against the blistering sun!

Stand back everyone, these next few images were very emotional. Let the flood gates open, Michael!

Since this wedding occurred on the same date as my birthday, I took the biggest piece of wedding cake! I hope they did not mind. ^_^
