Bride is a Pastry Chef! | Pauline & Julio

Pauline and Julio were an amazing pair! Their main goal for their wedding was to make sure everyone had fun, in which they succeeded. Pauline started her preparation at her parents’ house in Burbank. Pauline’s preparation process was an interesting one. Her mom insisted to be the makeup artist for the wedding even though it was her first time applying makeup on anyone. After a few attempts, the mom managed to even out the makeup on Pauline’s left side of her face with the her right side. Check out the pictures and you will see how well the makeup turned out for Pauline’s wedding! =D
Pauline named each of her tables at her wedding with a Christmas theme…even Mr. Grinch. =X
…I do not know how she managed to groove with the beat at The Castaway all night with those tall wedding shoes!
Of course, all wedding rings deserve their own photo session!

We made use of the golden tree and the sunset in the background as our backdrop for Pauline’s wedding photographs =)
Pauline’s wedding dress had a low-cut back, which showed off her beautiful tattoos!
I love the craftsmanship on that chair!
After the wedding ceremony adjourned, we made use of the vacant chapel for a few pictures. =)
After we finished, we all headed back to the hilltops of Burbank at The Castaway restaurant for their reception. The view of the valley from The Castaway was breathtaking. If anyone is interested in checking out The Castaway, the address is as follows:

On a side note, if anyone is in need of a pastry chef, Pauline is the gal for you! Pauline and her coworkers provided all the sweets, cupcakes, and pastries for everyone that attended the reception at The Castaway. All I can say is that I have never tasted red velvet cakes like that before!
